She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

The Discipline of General Practice is part of the Adelaide Medical School and supports teaching, research and clinical practice for future doctors. It is primarily responsible for delivering urban community placements during years four to six of the Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine program and is involved in developing collaborations and partnerships with a broader community, interstate and overseas academic and health organisations.

We have a strong team of experienced and qualified general practitioners committed to providing excellent medical care. Our doctors provide a wide range of services from general health and minor surgery to skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, travel medicine and counselling.

Our GPs are supported by several practice nurses dedicated to helping patients with their health. They are knowledgeable and friendly and will ensure you have well looked after. Our Allied Health staff are available at the centre to provide you with additional services such as dental, travel clinics, mole checks and skin cancer treatments.

Dr Sally Cole graduated from Adelaide University and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She was one of the first general practitioners to enter the Federal Government program to encourage GPs to work in remote areas with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and has also worked in settlements on the fringe of the mining industry in South Australia.

Her interests include women’s health, paediatrics and mental health. She has undergone Level 2 Mental Health training and can provide Medicare-funded mental health counselling sessions in practice. She is a member of the Australian Society of Psychological Medicine and holds certificates in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Mental Health.
